This 7-1/4 inch Magnesium Circular Saw with Brake combines power and performance with ease-of-use features superior balance and job site durability. The saw is ideal for framing walls siding roofs and floors using a range of dimensional lumber and engineered lumber including LVL PSL and I-Joists headers and microlams as well as ripping panels such as plywood OSB particle board and dense structural panels. Featuring a powerful 15.0 AMP motor with an electric brake for maximum productivity the saw has magnesium components to deliver a lightweight design (10.6 lbs.) that's well-balanced and jobsite tough. This high-performance power tool has a large cutting capacity (2-1/2in at 90 degrees and 1-3/4in at 45 degrees ) with a maximum bevel capacity of 0 degrees -45 degrees for the most common angles.
